Very simple process, just pick up the phone and call. You guys take care of the rest. (Correct size to fit machine, questions answered, phone calls returned, and super-fast shipping) As to how it performs, AWSOME – FLAWLESS” like wind through a screen door, just try to stop it” Can’t wait for more snow! I’m like a KID AT CHRISTMAS. Lots of steel and pride in workmanship used when this blower was built. NO REGRETS, QUESTIONS, or CONCERNS, about the Quality of this blower.
